RE: MEETINGS

BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Meetings are held on the FIRST Tuesday of each month. Contact a board member before attending a meeting.

ARTICLE V-Section 6: All meetings of the Board of Directors shall be open to all coaches and parents at anytime. Only members of the Board of Directors may do voting. Only said elected Board of Directors shall be allowed to speak. Those in attendance will allow no individual participation from the floor.

The following are available for viewing: Minutes, Treasurer Reports, and By-Laws. These are to be viewed at the rink in the Board of Directors Room only. Please contact WYH President Tony Romano.
