If any of you plan on helping or coaching in our In-House programs, as was required last year, the following needs to be completed before you step on the ice.

  1. USAH Registration: https://membership.usahockey.com/ - You must Register as a Coach with USA Hockey. Upon completion – email a copy of your confirmation number to Lisa Wise at wyhbilling@gmail.com and Brian Fleming at bfleming.3179@comcast.net and copy Brendan Campbell at 
  2. USA Hockey Background Screening: http://usahockey.com/backgroundscreen - Massachusetts law requires this EVERY year.  At the beginning of the season, they are experience a large backlog, so get this done as soon as possible as it may take up to two weeks to process this. 
  3. SafeSport Training: https://www.usahockey.com/safesporttraining - This needs to be completed EVERY season. Once you have registered with USA Hockey complete SafeSport. Upon completion – email a copy of your completed certificate to Lisa Wise at wyhbilling@gmail.com.  
  4. Level 1 Certificate (Head Coaches): If you will be the head coach of an In-House team, you must also attain a Level 1 CEP through USA Hockey. You can register for a clinic here: https://coursesearch.usahockey.com. Please note: You do NOT have to take a clinic in Massachusetts. This means that if there are virtual or in-person options available in other states, you may register for them.
